Larkin has led Turnrow since 1990. Before coming home to the farm she worked at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and Arthur Andersen in Washington, D.C. Today she is President of Turnrow and Chairman of Servico, the local cotton gin, and a longtime voice in the cotton industry and soil-health community, including past-chair roles with the Cotton Board and the Farm Foundation and board service with the Soil Health Institute and American Farmland Trust.

Robbie has been part of Turnrow since 1991 and a manager since 1995, overseeing day-to-day operations across every acre. He brings more than 40 years of farming experience to the field.
Curt joined Turnrow in 2014 and has managed the farm and grain facility since 2021. He holds a Crop Professional Certificate from Purdue University.
Stuart returned to Turnrow in 2025 after working in farmland investments. He holds a B.S. in Agricultural Business from Cornell, and serves on the Lawrence County Farmers Federation board.
Daniel manages Turnrow's litter business, including coordinating house cleanouts and deliveries. Reach out to him directly to schedule a load or get a quote. Daniel has more than a decade of experience in the chicken litter business and as a chicken farmer himself.
